A C of O is an officially recognized document used for demonstrating ownership and right to a land or any landed property. It is a land document given by the state Government which officially leases any land under the state to the applicant for 99 years for usage, lets not forget that all lands belongs to the Government as stated in the Land use Act.
This C of O title document serves as a prove that according to the law the building or land has met the legal requirements needed to be occupied or sold.
